Edmonton Coalition Against War and Racism (ECAWAR)
In February and March 2002, Edmonton Coalition Against War and Racism (ECAWAR) co-ordinated the largest protests in Edmonton's history around the impending invasion of Iraq, joining cities around the world in history's largest anti-war protests. We invite concerned citizens to join us in combatting the spin put out by the U.S. on its continuing occupation of Iraq and pressuring Canada to oppose the U.S. "wars without end" in the Middle East and elsewhere.

A blog with regular news and analysis of Canada and NATO's war in Afghanistan.Housing Not War
I/we support the demand that the federal government implement a Housing Not War strategy. Canada is at war in Afghanistan. Homelessness remains a national disaster in Canada. Canadian troops should come home, and funding directed towards war and militarism should go towards housing and other peaceful purposes.
